Significance of Captured Bradley IFV for Russian Military
Military Expert Knutov: Trophy Bradley IFV Helps Identify Vulnerabilities

The capture of an American Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) will assist Russian military in identifying new vulnerabilities of the machine. This insight was shared by military expert and director of the Air Defense Forces Museum, Yuriy Knutov, in a conversation with Lenta.ru.
"In my opinion, we will discover some other vulnerable aspects of it. On the other hand, there are original technological solutions that could be beneficial to us. These can be replicated and used in our armored vehicles, which is quite significant," he stated.
Knutov also noted that Russian forces have already learned to effectively counter this vehicle.
"I wouldn't say that the Bradley is a very good IFV. The Americans have long had a program to develop new IFVs to replace the Bradley, but it has not been fully realized due to bureaucratic red tape in the Pentagon. Even the Americans themselves are not thrilled with this infantry combat vehicle," the expert concluded.
Russian military recently captured a Bradley IFV as a trophy for the first time, which was disabled in the Avdiivka direction.
