Post-New Year festivities could see singer Valery Meladze performing at corporate events in Russia. Telegram channel Mash has revealed the artist's multi-million price tag and his demands to clients.
According to the publication, for a performance in Moscow, Meladze requests 120,000 euros (approximately 12 million rubles). Additionally, his conditions include payment for business class air tickets and transfer. The singer's rider specifies the need for access to an airport VIP lounge and a room in a five-star hotel. For transportation around the capital, he requests a Mercedes-Benz W222 and a 25-seater bus for his team.
A separate section in the rider details requirements for the dressing room. Meladze expects to find water, tea, coffee, various snacks, two bottles of 12-year-old Macallan whisky, and 15 bottles of glass-bottled cola. The artist also requests 250 euros (almost 25,000 rubles) per diem for himself and 200 euros (almost 20,000 rubles) for his manager.
It was previously reported that Meladze's wife, singer Albina Dzhanabaeva, nearly tripled her fee for corporate performances. While her fee was 850,000 rubles in the spring, it has now increased to 2.5 million. This decision to raise her corporate event price comes amidst rumors of a divorce from Meladze.
