Alsou Reveals Method to Overcome Pre-Concert Nerves
Singer Alsou Admits Reading Prayer Before Concerts for Calmness

Russian pop singer Alsou confessed that she always reads a prayer before concerts to alleviate nervousness. Her words are reported by Channel Five.
The performer shared that this method consistently helps her to calm down. Despite her extensive experience, she mentioned that stepping onto the stage is not always easy. Alsou also explained that she has known the words of the prayer since childhood, taught by her grandmother.
"I believe that when an artist loses their stage fright, it becomes uninteresting. What they do becomes entirely uninteresting to them. But when there's responsibility, when there's a spark, then nervousness is certainly present," noted the 40-year-old star, advising budding artists to "not lose themselves" and to remember their goal.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian singer and TikToker Ivan Mineev, known as Xolidayboy, who had previously received a draft notice, fainted during a concert in Stavropol. According to the portal, the performer felt unwell right on the stage of the "Apricot Arena." It is noted that the artist's fainting could have been caused by intense heat. Mineev was carried off the stage, and medical assistance was provided backstage.
