Residents of Moscow Region Left Without Heat for Three Weeks
Residents of the Skhodnya microdistrict in the Moscow region city of Khimki have been living without heating and hot water for three weeks. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Caution, Moscow."

On November 22, an accident occurred at a local boiler house. Residents were promised that heating would be restored at the end of the repair works, but representatives of the managing company advise residents to prepare for a long and cold winter. The temperature in the apartments is around 14 degrees Celsius. Water from the hot tap is only 30-40 degrees Celsius. However, locals are paying the full amount for utility services, with no recalculations being made.
Calls to the hotline, specifically created for this issue, are not being answered. The district administration has promised to resolve the situation by January 29 of the coming year, as reported by the portal MSK1.RU. The same deadlines were mentioned by the Presidential Administration, where residents have repeatedly appealed. The completion date of the restoration works remains unknown.
