Two Russian Teenagers and a Man Arrested for Arson of Transformer
In Tyumen, two teenagers and a 34-year-old man were arrested for the arson of a transformer booth. This was reported by Ura.ru
The minors were placed under house arrest. One of them is charged under Article 167 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code ("Intentional destruction or damage of others' property, committed out of hooliganism, by arson"), and the other is accused of attempting the same crime.
The man was sent to a pre-trial detention center. He is also charged under Article 167 of the RF Criminal Code.
According to the source, the transformer arson occurred on the night of December 4 in one of Tyumen's microdistricts. The suspects recorded their actions on video and posted it online.
