Morgenstern will again be charged with a protocol for violating the foreign agent law
Previously, in mid-October, an administrative record about the rapper had been submitted to Moscow's Savelovsky court

Russian rapper Alisher Morgenstern (listed by the Ministry of Justice in the registry of foreign agents) will face a third administrative protocol for violating the foreign agent activity law, as reported by the news portal Lenta.ru with reference to TASS.
It is noted that the artist's Telegram channel once again lacked the foreign agent labeling. The rapper could face a fine ranging from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
"The Roskomnadzor administration will soon draft an administrative protocol against rapper Alisher Morgenstern, once again observing a violation of the foreign agent activity rules on the musician's Telegram channel," said a source close to the agency.
