In the Sharypovo municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, a bus carrying passengers was blown into a ditch by strong wind. The incident was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian region on their Telegram channel.
The bus was en route from Sharypovo to Krasnoyarsk with 15 passengers on board. None of them sought medical attention following the incident.
According to the ministry, a 57-year-old driver was behind the wheel when the bus was blown off course by a side wind, leading it to veer into a ditch and tip onto its right side. The circumstances of the accident are under investigation. Traffic police officers have advised motorists to adhere to speed limits and maintain safe distances.
Earlier, in the Sverdlovsk region, a bus with passengers overturned. It was on the route from Koltsovo Airport to Nizhny Tagil. The driver lost control, causing the vehicle to veer into a ditch and overturn. There were 12 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident.
