Renowned Russian Model Discusses Challenges in Building Country House
Model Elena Kuletskaya Shares Experience of Constructing a Country House in Moscow Region

Renowned Russian model, blogger, and TV presenter Elena Kuletskaya revealed that she is building a country house in the Moscow region and has faced several challenges, as detailed in an interview with the newspaper "Moskovsky Komsomolets."
Kuletskaya mentioned that the construction of the monolithic house in the near Moscow region began three years ago. She and her husband decided to build the property from scratch. They envision the house as a two-story building with two guest rooms, a cinema room (her husband is a cinematographer), a soundproof room for drumming, and an "instaroom" (social network Instagram is banned in Russia; belongs to the corporation Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia) with bright walls and mirrors for content shooting. However, they do not plan to have either a pool or a gym in the new house.
The blogger emphasized that she does not have disagreements with her husband regarding renovations, but some aspects have been disappointing. Primarily, she complained about irresponsible people who miss deadlines and do shoddy work, requiring corrections later. Moreover, certain interior elements, including bathroom tiles, had to be redone as they did not align with her vision.
Kuletskaya noted that she and her husband are jointly investing in the house construction. "Now any salary or honorarium is measured in cement, bricks, and concrete," she remarked. She did not disclose the exact amount invested so far but mentioned it is significantly more than 10 million rubles. The couple plans to order a kitchen soon. The model expressed surprise at the prices of desired options from domestic manufacturers and wished they were "a little more reasonable."
Kuletskaya and her family plan to live in the country house permanently if it can be balanced with work commitments. In conclusion, she shared her dream of celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary in 2024 with the whole family in the yard of their new home.
